Process Groups

Process groups offer valuable and trauma-informed support for entertainment industry workers by providing a safe space for individuals to explore and address their experiences and unique challenges of working in the entertainment and creative arts industries. By integrating trauma-informed approaches, our process groups prioritize safety, empowerment, and collaboration and ultimately promote healing, resiliency, and improved wellbeing.

After Call: An Entertainment Industry Process Group

This process group is designed to be a safe and nurturing space where you can connect with fellow industry peers and share experiences of navigating the highs and lows of our unique industry. Led by experienced facilitators, these groups will offer a supportive environment for exploration, reflection, and personal growth.

This 60-minute group welcomes all entertainment industry workers. Whether you're an actor, musician, dancer, filmmaker, editor or any other type of entertainment industry professional, our group welcomes you with open arms. We ask for a $15 donation for each group. If you are unable to contribute due to financial insecurity, please email hello@wellbeinginentertainment.org to request a scholarship.

Please note: We want to make our services as accessible as possible. There are a limited number of scholarship options available for each meeting.

Caregiver’s Wellness Circle: A Process Group for Intimacy and Mental Health Coordinators

Led by a trained facilitator, this monthly, 60-minute, donation-based group welcomes all intimacy coordinators, wellbeing coordinators/facilitators and mental health first aiders to share in community to discuss the challenges of providing care and support to others in need.
